You seem a bit confused, what this status is telling you is that the credentials you used here to log in are not valid to log into your eBay account in order to place a bid for you. Once Gixen encounters such an error it cancels all subsequent snipes because it would not ne possible for it to place those bids either. |

| Did you change your ebay password? If so, you have to login to gixen with your new password and re-schedule all bids. All snipes will fail if they were scheduled under your old password. | |

| Thanks to Gixen I lost an auction I was sure to win - I actually outbid the other ebayer by $30 but when I checked my Gixen "scheduled bids" page I got a note beside the item, sign-in information is not valid...? Weird, because I am signed in...
Another item I'm 'bidding on' on Gixen now says, CANCELLED - NOT VALID.. Not too happy so far with this service..Anybody have these problems? |
