| Your previous username is dead, you can only login because Gixen keeps hash of the previously used correct password.
Go to the Gixen settings page and you will see a link to the form you can use to transfer your subscription. There is no need to purchase it again. Let me know if you don't get the confirmation email. |

I recently changed my eBay username, I can log into Gixen with both my previous username, and new one. However, I presume the Mirror membership which I purchased is only linked to my previous username and not my current one? Is there anything I can do? Or will I be required to purchase a Mirror membership for my new username? Many Thanks |
