Having just experienced my 1st ERROR (EBAY ERROR: LOGIN TIMEOUT (1) - see my post under support), I found it very difficult to find a quick decode of what this error means and what I need to do about it (hence my post under support!).
I suggest an ERROR decode page be established (if it has not been already) with a list of the common ERRORS experienced and possible causes and fixes.
A hyperlink to this page (or indeed the specific error) could be provided on the account page in (or near) the box where the ERROR is displayed). :)
