| OK on changing her password to one not using accented letters she managed to successfully use Gixen and win some bids.

| What kind of error messages is she getting?
Does she have any special characters in her password? If yes, email me what they are (do not email the whole password). |

I successfully created an account with Gixen and successfully won several bids using it. However my friend keeps getting error messages when she tries to sign in to Gixen using her ebay pseudo and login. I cannot figure out why she is having such problems and wonder if anybody could assist me? The pseudo in question is calixtoudamour Thanks in advance for your help |
