I've used Gixen a number of times over the last 2 or 3 years. It has never failed me! The first time I used it, I sort of missed the rush of waiting for the auction to near the end and placing my own snipe bid. That particular auction was ending at a time I could not place a bid myself, so I went to the bidder's forum on eBay and quickly learned about Gixen.
Gixen has been doing my bidding for me ever since. I collect a hard to find 1930s china pattern - along with a quite a number of other eBayers. Since I began using it, Gixen has helped me score some of the rarest of the rare serving pieces in my pattern. Now the rush I get is from seeing that I won the auction!

I love this site. I hated getting outbid at the last second on a certain thing for almost 6 months, well the first time I used gixen, I won for half of what they usually go for. This site is so easy, saved me time and money. I have more auctions setup now. If I win those, I will be getting the mirror service.
