| Because of eBays bid increment rule, eBay will only accept bids that are at least one increment above the current auction price, for further details see here:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/bid-increments.html Gixen will have told you that the bid was under the 'Asking Price', which it was, not that it was under the high bidders price. |
