|
Hi Mario and folks!
I just had a winning bid [again!] through Gixen's great service, but had a familiar problem. I don't use the Gixen software very often, so each time back it's like a whole new world all over again.
Enter username, E-bay password, and get switched to page. Enter item number and bid amount, and the clock is ticking with minutes to go! Scanned the whole page over & over, everywhere, and FAQ's, NOTHING!
There's no button of any kind for, 'Bid', or 'Submit Bid' or 'Enter Bid' or anything at all, so it's very confusing. Yes, I finally used the 'Enter' key on my keyboard, that I normally use only for page spacing, and bid was apparently taken, at least I think I'm the winner.
But I humbly submit that it would be hugely easier to have just a wee bit of dummy factor designed in with a nice big button, easy to see, to click on with cursor and 'ENTER BID'.
And if I may, It would be nice to have a short sentence there on Bid page explaining exactly how to enter amount, whether 25, $25, 25.00, $25.00, or 25 USD. It's not clear and I remember there were some rules about that....
Thanks again, Mario!
