| I do not know why ebay sometimes does this. If you google for "ebay transaction blocked", you will see other people who bid manually and got the same error.
In some cases, seller can block certain ids, etc, but I've heard of many cases where that was not the case, and they still got this message / screen. I'm really sorry you missed this auction, I hope you can find a similar item again. |

| Could you please explain what EBAY ERROR: TRANSACTION BLOCKED (3) means. The auction number was 230097932098 and ended at $1525.00 without sale as the reserve was not met. My high bid was well over $1700 but was never applied. Thank you for your help. | |
