| The seller imposed some kind of restriction on bidders who can participate. This is usually location (e.g. only US bidders). The best way to find out is to contact seller and ask. | |

| A recent bid gave the following status report: "AUCTION RESTRICTED: REQUIREMENTS NOT MET"
I checked on ebay and could find no suggested restriction and the winning bid was far below the amount I submitted. What does it mean? |
