| In major situations, whoever has the highest snipe -- will win.
In some rare situations when snipes are similar amount (within an increment or so), the first sniper will win. If both snipes are the same time and similar amount, whatever eBay picks up first -- will win. Sniping is like a regular bidding, you just set the time. |
