The site has become quite unstable for me the past few weeks, some days it is just a few random pages not loading, bids not being accepted, unable to log out, but it is horrible tonight. I have missed several auctions as a result and am now looking at alternate platforms.

These issues are happening on both PC (browser) and iPhone (app). Disappointing and frustrating.

I am also having the problem. Is there an error with a try/catch that isn't being handled? I am just trying to get it to load, I am not even posting anything.

refreshing no longer works. I even switched from Chrome to Brave Browser and the same results. Unable to use tool entirely.

It definitely seems like the blank screen issue occurs during peak hours. I've only had it happen to me at night, but it's happened for the past several nights now.

I sometimes have 100 items or so imported to Gixen from my watchlist if that is making me more likely to see the blank screen.

I was using the Gixen refresh button.

When things work properly, it seem to draw the main header then the page goes away and does another query and you see a spinning wheel while that happens then the main page with all the snipes gets populated.

When this issue happens, just the header appears then nothing else seems to happen, no spinning wheel and no snipes appear.

I have just had the blank main page issue a few times while refreshing while waiting for my snipes to complete.

No idea whether this is of any use but it is the error I found in my Developer Tools Console (I replaced my session id with xxx):

There is also a 500 Internal Server Error message.

I'm seeing this problem a lot lately. The XHR call is returning a 500 error, so it's got to be something caused on the backend.

I believe this is the same issue described in the other thread titled Snipe doesn't set and form clears.

I am still dealing with the issue. I am noticing the blank screen problem happens primarily during \"peak\" hours, something like 7 PM to 11 PM EST. It will sometimes take three or four tries to enter one snipe.

When using Gixen today from 11 AM to 2 PM EST, I have not seen the blank screen issue one time. I hope this info might help you replicate what is happening.

Having the same issue. I got it to work for one item after multiple tries, but can't get it to work again for another item that ends in 25 minutes :cry:

Trying to set pricing on multiple auctions and when I save it just goes to a blank screen. Using chrome on PC. Also sporadically getting blank screens when trying to return to my snipes page.
