So you do get the point of entering a new password, which isn't rejected... but the new password still does not work when you try to log in again ?

So as not to over complicate what you're doing, just concentrate on reviving one Gixen account at a time, if you need another you can always move on to the second when you've regained access to the first.

Hi

Yes, followed that process. When requesting username I get two emails with the two different usernames as above.

Requesting a new password gets two identical emails (Using 200motels).

Entering the pass code gives no indication of success and can't login

I presume that was using the method here which lets you know the registered accounts via email ?

How far have you got following the process referred to in this recent thread ?

Have you got to the point of receiving any emails from that process ?

Just got a new phone. Trying to log in and going in circles!
I have retrieved two user names, 200motels and motels200.

Can't seem to set a new password.

Can you help?
