| You set up recurring payments with the provider, currently either Paypal or Stripe.
Gixen doesn't request payments, it just reacts to them coming in. So you need to cancel the payment on the expired card with the provider that you set it up with. On the Settings page there are links, for previous payments, which should take you to the area on the payment providers website where you can cancel those payments, or update it with a valid card. |

| Hey there. Love the service.
For some reason you keep trying to make a charge on my card (which is expired). I manually purchased a renewed subscription recently so this doen't really make any sense why payments are being requested. Please advise, thanks. |
