Dear support,
I don't know how it happened, but I ended up purchasing two subscriptions: a monthly one with the ID number in the subject and an annual subscription with the following number: I-BF0TXCFUT3BE.
I wondered why your system allowed me to have a double subscription; I thought it would be foolproof for people like me.
Could you please do me a favor? I would like to cancel the monthly subscription and issue a credit for the two months. I will keep the annual.
