| Are you using VPN of some sort / anonymizer? Turn it off until you re-authorize. You can turn it back on after that.
This can happen on either desktop or mobile, it's not about that, it's about what you use with it. |

| Yes, as others have found this does appear to be associated with using this feature on a mobile.
Do you have a desktop/laptop that you could try this on ? Alternatively, on this thread, someone thought that logging out of Ebay first before trying the authorisation process, helped. |

| Trying to renew my authorization but keep getting this error:
Could not confirm your account, your ip address changed (was '80.47.177.53', now '140.248.40.41'). Please repeat the re-auth procedure I’m using an iphone to do this. Can you help please? |
