To clarify, Mirror subscription is tied to Gixen account, not to eBay account. Transfer should be done only when changing Gixen account.

What you should have done instead is simply re-authorize. eBay requires that you renew the authorization every 18 months or whenever you change your ebay password or username. This is free of charge. Only Mario has access to the features required to resolve this for you. So you've done the right thing in contacting him direct via email at the support address given on the Contact page.

Make sure that you've provided him with the Gixen id of the account that you paid the subscription for (and were trying to transfer the subscription from) as well as the Gixen id of the account you were intending the subscription to end up with.

Note that there is not much point telling him anything about your Ebay accounts or their ids since those are separately transferable on any Gixen account anyway, just by changing the Authorisation in the second section of the Settings page.

Without a subscription you can still schedule a limited number of snipes, they are just not protected with the backup Mirror server also trying to submit the bid for you.

EDIT: Actually, I'm not clear from your wording what you have done, or intended to do, as there seems to be some confusion between Gixen ids (which a Mirror subscription applies to) and Ebay ids that are administered via the second section of the Settings page. Please elaborate what you've done and what you intended to do if you're still confused. Gixen ids are completely different things from Ebay ids.

hi all,
I golfed the instructions to transfer Gixen mirror from one ebay account to another ebay account and I followed the instructions and it said that it was successful, but I am still unable to use mirror on the ebay account I changed it to and for the item that I want to snipe.

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to solve this issue. I already sent Gixen a message but it says they take 24 hours to respond but the auction that I want to snipe ends in about 24 hours. thanks so much.
