| Hmm, interesting, it looks like one of those IPs is associated with Sky, which is presumably your ISP, and the other with Cloudflare, which is presumably where Ebay are hosting much of their content these days...
I wonder if this issue is associated with the way your ISP handles these things. |

| I’ve just renewed my membership after letting it lapse due to this problem. I cannot renew my authorisation for eBay. Keep getting the same error message
Could not confirm your account, your ip address changed (was '78.86.4.163', now '104.28.30.117'). Please repeat the re-auth procedure I’ve repeated the process repeatedly. I’ve given up now. Can I have a refund please. |
