Yes, on this site you do need to enter your credentials into the boxes before pushing the 'Login in Now' button. That's how it is designed, so you should expect to get an error message if you don't.
On the 'Settings Menu' are you then using the 'Username and Password' option to reset/correct this ? |

| I'm having issues too, when I click \"Login in Now\" on the top right a page loads which says \"Password is not a match. Could not log you in. (33)\" even though I haven't even typed in my username and password. Tried with different, phones, tablets, desktop pcs and different internet connections. The desktop app times out when I type in my username and password.
I havent been able to use the app since I registered |

| It all seems fine to me.
Are you getting the emails when you request a reset ? Can you provide more details about what exactly is failing for you, and precisely what error message you receive ? |
