Presumably by 'activated one' you mean a 'chunk' that you recently purchased ?... On this site there aren't any options to buy individual snipes.

For further clarification, where and when did you set the offset to 8 seconds ?

Was it when you set up the snipe? In which case where did you set up that snipe, with the web interface or in the Desktop Manager ?

Did you set the default offset in the Settings section of the web interface ? If so, what did you set it to, both for Main and Mirror ?

Did you update the snipe after you first entered it ? If so, where, in the Desktop Manager or via the web interface ?

Yesterday :
Created Gixen account, without mirror svc.
One auction, ended yesterday,
one associated information table in Desktop Manager.
All was as expected.

Today :
One new auction.
Two information tables (yesterday's and today's) in Desktop Manager.
All was as expected.
I bought six mirror snipes, activated one, set mirror offset to 8 secs.
Auction ended later.

Bug 1 : Now header of yesterday's auction, which was not mirrored, shows said mirror offset.

Bug 2 : Now header of today's auction, which was mirrored, shows incorrect mirror offset 6 secs.

Yesterday's : 176241570064
Today's : 226010660511

I agree that sounds like something that has slipped through the net, possibly with recent changes.

I have Gixen set up with 7 seconds offset on Main and 6 seconds offset on Mirror.

However, when I use Gixen Desktop Manager (under Windows 11) to edit an existing snipe which was created on the web site, it changes the Main offset for that snipe to 6 seconds.

Feels like a bug - it should not alter existing values.

And I have an associated feature request for Gixen Desktop Manager - can the available Offsets be increased to allow (ideally) a user selectable time, or at least reflect what's available on the web interface.
