| I was having the same issue. Bought 1 month as a test run then upgrading to 1 year. Was charged for the 1 month again after upgrade. Went to cancel as suggested. Logging into Paypal only gave me a link to \"Manage and cancel at GIXEN INC.\". Which just linked me back to gixen page. So for me, I had to remove Paypal.com Paypal as a payment method for the 1 month sub specifically. I had 2 active gixen subs, the 1 month and a 1 year that I recently upgraded to. Shame it doesn't deactivate itself upon upgrade... but that's how I was able to cancel the 1 month sub. Hope it helps! | |

| I presume this is a recurring payment via Paypal ?
If so, it's coordinated from your Paypal account, it's sent by them, not requested by Gixen. I note that before setting it up the Gixen page says
So, the way to cancel it is to log in to your Paypal account, find the area that details your recurring payments and cancel it from there. As suggested above, you may also be able to find a more direct link to this on the settings page here; after logging in just push the 'Settings' button and the payments section is at the top of he page that comes up as a result. I'm not familiar with the new Stripe payment options, I don't think there is a recurring 1 month option for this, but if there were, I would assume that the same would apply and that you'd cancel it on their site. |
