The offset is the amount of time, in seconds, before the auction end that the bid is to be placed on Ebay.

You can alter it if you have a Mirror subscription. The default is 6 seconds.

Thanks for your prompt reply!

>So the outcome is random in your scenario, if they both have the same offset.
Does the offset refer to the bid amount?

>If they have different offsets the one with the larger one will win because bids that reach Ebay earlier are declared winners if later bids are of the same amount.
Bids may be the same but offsets may be different. Is the offset different from the bid amount?

So the outcome is random in your scenario, if they both have the same offset.

If they have different offsets the one with the larger one will win because bids that reach Ebay earlier are declared winners if later bids are of the same amount.

Let's assume that Mr. A and Mr. B entered GIXEN with the same maximum amount.
Mr. A entered first, then Mr. B entered.
At this time, who will win the bid, Mr. A or Mr. B?

Mr. A, who was quick to enter?
Mr. B, who was slow to input?
Or is there no priority by input order?
