| How are you accessing Gixen, through the web UI, or an iphone app?
It sounds like you imported your watchlist, but never edited it to set a non-zero maximum bid. |

| I have a new iphone. I can access Gixen but my snipes are no longer registered. Max bid remains stuck on 0.00. What should I do? Thanks. | |
