Ah, in the Desktop Application.
What is the result if you log in to the website using your Gixen credentials above, and then import using the 'IMPORT WL' button ?
Have you had the Desktop Manager successfully do this for you in the past, or is this new technology for you ? |

Have you tried again and if so is this failure persistent ?
It might just be a temporary 'hand shake' failure between the specific Gixen and Ebay servers that were involved in this communication. |
