Failing that please email Mario direct at he support address provided on the Contact page and he will email you a reset link from there.
As for the App, I assume you mean on a mobile phone ?, There are, I believe, different versions for different types of mobile, what type are you using ?
In any case I'd recommend trying the web interface via a browser, even on a mobile as you'll probably find that operates more predictably and is more stable. |

I need to update my password on my Gixen App I’ve put in my username & was told I would be sent an email, that never happened, VERY FRUSTRATED TRYING TO USE THE APP, every time I click on anything it just shuts the app down, totally lost all patience now because the Gixen App is working against me, not with me👎😡 |
