It's not something generated internally by Gixen, it's as s result of trying to submit the bid for you and getting a refusal as a response from Ebay.
Have you tried asking their customer support why their software rejected your bid ?
If so, what was their response ?
Is it possible that, at some point in the last year, you came to an agreement with a seller not to proceed with a purchase, but they didn't cancel it in your favour, therefore leaving a mark on your account that the item was not paid for, even though the sale was cancelled ? |
