| Have you used the same email address to register both times ?
If so, perhaps try the:
mechanism again to see if you now have more than one Gixen account... and if so you can transfer the subscription to the one you want to use using the 'Transfer your mirror subscription' section of the 'Settings' page. You could then even delete any accounts you no longer need using the 'Delete account' section at the very bottom of the 'Settings' page. |

| I could not access the site using the information I registered with on July 1. I received the "forgot my username" email, and followed the link to again register my eBay account. However, my history seems to be missing, and it wants me to pay for a year's mirroring, which I did in July.
Please advise. |
