I think this is another one that is best directed to Ebay customer support since it was their software that rejected the bid when Gixen tried to place it.

Hi Mario & others, I got this Gixen message after an auction I set Gixen for last night, finished:- AUCTION RESTRICTED: BIDDER HAS UNPAID ITEMS. Gixen didn't place a bid, even though my Gixen snipe bid amount was above the auction finish price. It was ebay Item # 255639483142. What happened here, & what does the message mean? I have bought items from this seller before with no problems & have always paid for what I have bought from them; & I haven't got any ebay items in my Purchases that i have yet to pay for. So, I'm really not sure what happened? Can you please let me know. Thanks.
