| I've had had the same problem
Item 275399381572 It says won but I didn't. Very disappointed as my Max was very high so I would certainly have won if placed my big directly. |

| Are you sure ?
It certainly looks like a bid of US $12.50 won that auction, from an Ebay account that currently has a 763 positive feedback rating. Is that not the account you have authorised Gixen to bid on, on your behalf ? Make sure that you are logged into your Ebay account when viewing it on Ebay, otherwise it can appear like someone else won when in fact it was your account. |
