It would also be good to get at least the front/home page to load in less than 2 minutes when this issue occurs...
That way a few more people would be able to see the message you put there informing them that you were aware of the issues and how to revoke their authorization if they wanted to stop bids being placed. |

I hope so... all hosting providers have issues occasionally, including the biggest ones, such as AWS, so I would not make a switch based on what happened yesterday and today, after years of solid service.
I may need to re-think, however, a few things - it would be good to have a forum hosted elsewhere, at least. |

Gixen main hosting facility had another major outage today that just ended minutes ago and lasted 4 hours or so. This is the second outage in two days, after years of no issues at all.
The mirror server worked fine during this time and executed snipes, but users were unable to do any updates.
My apology to all affected users. |
