| Hi, I'm trying to renew my subscription alas keep getting the following PayPal error:
We're sorry, we couldn't set up your subscription using the funding source you've selected. Please try another funding source. It is a different paypal account to the one I originally used. The one I originally used is closed alas I'm unsure which paypal account i used...it might be one that ended up being suspended with it being a while ago. Could that be the problem? As all paypal payment IDs are listed on my Gixen account... and the renewal was due in January (old PayPal account) and it says sub cancelled and status says SUSPENDED (on here) I've been using Gixen the last month or so without any problems but only as a free user Any ideas please?
