| Gixen doesn't, Ebay does.
Gixen will submit bids as directed by its users at the offsets they decide. In the exact scenario you suggest where multiple Gixen users also happen to have the same maximum bid, Ebay will decide that the winner is the one who's bid was placed on their server first. So in Gixen terms that is likely to be the one that chose the largest offset. If you like, it's yet another argument against using offsets that are very small. |
