'Are Gixen users prepared to pay the extra costs associated with a more capable database ?'

On the security front, I believe there is quite a lot of security in place on Gixen servers designed to ensure that Gixen accounts don't get compromised.

The passwords acceptable for the website are limited to letters and numbers. This flies in the face of good security practice of using special characters too.

Is there a reason why this limitation is in place, especially when this service provides a potential hacker with the ability to make bids using our accounts?
