| In the email that you get from Paypal should reference the Gixen id that it applies to.
Note this is not the same thing as your Ebay id or your email address. |

| I received an email using my real name and not User ID. It states:
Dear Wyatt, We have received your payment for Gixen Mirror service. If this is a new subscription, we have just activated your subscription. If this is a renewal, your existing subscription has been extended. Either way, thank you very much for your support! Important note: if you ever change your Gixen username, you can transfer your mirror subscription from the Gixen settings page (Web UI only). If you change ebay account you use, you can also unlink the old one / link a new one from the settings page. Best of luck and happy sniping, Your Gixen. |

| Is the reference in the email that you received from Paypal exactly the Gixen id that you are logging in to ?
What are the symptoms of 'not seem to be working' what is not happening that you expect to be happening or what is happening that you do not expect ? |
