Hi, thank you both so much for your replies. I did get a refund from Paypal and the recurrent subscription was cancelled. Yes I did email the address listed in contacts. Mario, I will forward my previous emails on to support - just for reference. I appreciate you are busy and running a great service especially at such a reasonable price. Thanks again :) |

Recurring payments can be cancelled by logging into your Paypal account.
Presumably you have been emailing the support address given on the Contact page ?
I imagine Mario gets quite a few emails, so it can sometimes take him a while to get through them all, and inevitably a few will also get missed.
On the payment notification from Paypal there should be a reference to the Gixen id that it relates to, is this exactly the same as the account your are logging in to which is not getting the subscription allocated to it ? |

I am having trouble getting any response so I have just opened a dispute via Paypal as there is a recurrent charge set up for a mirror service which I am not receiving. Please can you contact me or stop the recurring charge. Thanks |
