This sounds more like you need to renew your authorisation (second section on the Settings page) as opposed to a problem with your subscription (first section on the Settings page).

For weeks I’ve been unable to use Gixen as I cannot import my watch list or ‘renew’ in settings despite having over 200 days left in my subscription! It’s driving me insane now. I have used Gixen for years but now it’s proving impossible for no apparent reason.
