eBay authorization is unrelated to mirror subscription, and is free to renew. eBay requires that you renew the authorization every 18 months. You can do this from the Gixen settings page once you log in. Email if you don't find the option and I will send you some example screenshots. |

| Hello,
I have email confirmation on 9th May 2021 of my renewed subscription for 'one year mirror service payment' $6.15 USD ÂGBP 4.62 GBP but when I try to use it 'Authorization needs renewing' still appears. The confirmation email has 'denzil107id7r' but I can't see anything similar when I try to use the site. Regards, Denzil |
