I am not receiving the email code to transfer my paid subscription from my old account that i dont use anymore to my new one, i am not receiving the code that was supposed to be emailed to me. i cant transfer it without the code and tried several times but no email i am clueless as to know what to do |

Hello. I did not remember my Gixen User Name or Password, so did a request. My Gixen User Name was emailed to me this morning. Attempts at getting an email with the password reset code have not been successful. I'm sorry to ask, but this is only my second time on the site. I have searched the forum for an answer but am still clueless as to why an email with the Pass Word Code has not come through. I have checked spam, junk, deleted, etc.
