| Have you tried just using the lower case version of your credentials?
Gixen doesn't seem to be case sensitive in terms of usernames, I can log in here both with and without capitalising my username. |

| I've downloaded gixen onto my new phone and when I log in I get the Error: Could not log in: Incorrect Credentials message.
I've noticed that the Gixen app isn't allowing me to use capital letters in either my username or password. I have cut and pasted my details into the app but it still changes my capital letters to lowercase letters. Has anyone else had this problem?? I can can log in OK from my PC but not my android phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) |
