I'm not fluent in French, sorry.
Is this a problem only on your smartphone or also with the website on your PC ?
If so what type of smartphone are you using, Android or Apple ?
Are you getting any error messages on your snipes page, via the web interface ? |

| Je ne parviens plus à ajouter des objets de ma liste d'affaires à suivre sur mon smartphone, mais bien manuellement sur mon PC. Sur base du forum, j'ai renouvelé l'inscription de Gixen sur mon eBay, mais ça ne donne rien... Merci d'avance pour votre aide. |

| Most likely you need to renew the authorisation for Gixen to access your Ebay account in the second section of the Settings page. It doesn't cost you anything and only takes a couple of minutes to complete. |

| Unable to add any snipes. When I click on the plus button no items on my watch list are added. I tried to do it manually and it doesn't work either. I'm pretty much dead in the world on bidding on eBay right now unless I go directly through eBay itself. Help! |
