| I haven't heard the 2 minute rule with Gixen. There were no red errors when I was adding them to the Gixen site. |

It sounds like you were adding them too late, did you not see any warnings about that in red ?
Gixen requires at least 2 minutes before an auction ends to set up a snipe.
If you are submitting or updating snipes that late in the auction you are better off placing your bids directly on Ebay. |

| I just had 6 different auctions end tonight without my bids going through. The results showing in Gixen only show "ended" with no reason why the bids didn't go through. The auctions ended up selling for less, sometimes several dollars less than my max bid. I was submitting the snipes in Gixen 1 minute to a few minutes before the auction end if that matters. Any suggestions? |
