Gixen does not use your ebay password at all, it uses authorization you grant it on eBay. If you forgot your Gixen password use https://www.gixen.com/forgotpassword.php
Sometimes changing ebay password can invalidate ebay authorization. Once you log in to Gixen, it's best to re-authorize on the Gixen settings page. It's quick, easy and free of charge to do. |
