| Actually that most likely is the issue, as discussed most recently here and in more detail some time ago here, it appears to be a recurring issue on the Ebay side that they have struggled to fix for nearly a year now. | |

| The first thing I would check is that your authorisation is up to date in the second section on the Settings page. Actually it's worth renewing whatever it says, there is no harm or cost to dos so.
If that does not resolve it, can you provide more details as to when you get this error; what was the last thing you tried to do before it displayed that error ? |
