| Is this a payment that you have made today, or some time ago ?
In the Paypal transaction there should be a reference to the Gixen Id that it applies to. Is this exactly the same as the id that you are logging in to ? Is it maxemoo ? Is there an error message that you are receiving now, what is the exact wording ? |

| I have just purchased a recurring 2 year subscription. My last one ran out in June or July. I have got the receipt from Paypal but, when I try and log in to Gixen, it asks me to subscribe to the mirror service, which I have already done.
