My apology, there was a network issue around that time that caused this. It lasted for about an hour.

New development: I had another snipe for an item that ended as I was composing my previous post, and while I lost fair and square (the bid shot way over my snipe), it also has an error status: EBAY ERROR: LOGIN TIMEOUT (1). Combine this with being unable to add snipes for current listings and it looks like Gixen is having a meltdown. Help!

Post subject: UNKNOWN ERROR (1).
I missed bidding on two items that ended within the last hour with status "UNKNOWN ERROR (1)." There's a "View Error" button that opens a popup window with the useless message "Error log not found. Please contact Gixen support (3)." Any idea what's going on with this?
