The amount that you put into Gixen is always in the currency of the auction, so if the auction is listed in GBP your bid must also be.

Post subject: Item is in England, I am in Australia
This may be (and probably is!) a dumb question, javascript:emoticon('') but, when I am going to put in my highest bid amount in for an item in the UK, the amount I insert in the 'Your Bid' box will be GPB and not US or Australian Dollars won't it?
The item is at GBP 5.50 (AU $8.90), so if I put in 12.50 will that be in GBP or AUD or USD?
thank you for your help in advance
