I don't need to snipe anything atm but just set a test snipe and had a go with the new edit.
It works fine allowing max bid to change up or down.

OK, this is done now...
Edit function is implemented as "Delete" + populate fields...
This is done so in order to keep the interface simple and avoid additional screens. Let me know if you notice any bug.

Post subject: Changing a snipe once set
When I want to change a snipe to a higher bid I first need to cancel the current snipe then place a new one.
Can it be programmed that if a snipe is set it can either be changed or if a new snipe is set it over-rides any already set rather than having to cancel previous snipes first?
