Exactly - refresh button would be a big bandwidth waster... However, if you support Gixen by linking to it, than "Add" button with no fields entered works just as fine as refresh (otherwise you see the "help gixen" screen in between).

How about a Refresh button on the auction list page? Since that page is always POSTed to there's no way to refresh it except by logging out and then back in.
Or did you deliberately not include this so that we don't compulsively refresh the page? :P
