Please email me. I cannot fully restore deleted accounts (sorry, being able to do that would mean I would be in violation of GDPR), but we can set up a new one and assign an existing subscription to it.

Whatever has happened to your account, as a result of actions you've taken, this sounds like something only Mario could sort out on a case by case basis... Accordingly, please can you send the details to him direct, via email at the support address given on the
Contact page
.
Please try to explain what you think happened, step by step, as you have started to do here and always include you Gixen id in such communications.
Good luck getting this sorted, though it is possible to delete your account, it shouldn't be possible to do so in the way you suggest, so this may also require some sort of fix to the site itself. Thank you for reporting the issue.

Post subject: Account closed by mistake
My Gixen account was accidentally deleted last night. Now there's a message that says \"account expired Jan.31, 2025\" even though I paid for 2 years last Summer (recurring PayPal every 2 years) and is not set for renewal until the Summer of 2026.
I can see the mistake that I made now. I accidentally typed my password into the place where I should have put in my new user name. Somehow that resulted in my account being closed. I never wanted to close my account. It was set to automatically charge my PayPal account every two years. I've been using Gixen for several years now. I've never had a problem with Gixen before. I never expected something like this to happen. How can I be re-instated?
