Yes, I agree. As long as you snipe the maximum possible you are willing to pay then all works perfectly.
I know what the poster means though: it can happen that the winning bid is lower than your bid because of the increment. It just means you should have made your bid higher!

I'm not sure what you mean? There is no need to do that as ebay is using proxy bidding up to your max bid anyway...

Could you add an option to automatically bid the next available bid increment for the $ amount the auction is for. Or find out the next available minimum bid and set the bid to that. It would be great as an option for adding items. Thanks!
