OK, a link to "ebay increments" page is now included underneath "BID UNDER ASKING PRICE" message, when one loses by a bid increment margin.
Hopefully this should reduce this question being asked over and over again in the forum.

Google for "ebay increments"... Or search the forum. In few words, it's not enough to have higher bid, it has to be higher for certain amount.
